NOTE: Gypsy 05 runs big in dresses. If you are unsure between two sizes, you are most likely better off with the small size.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

Shopdcd.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. You can also pay with PayPal or bank account (where available).

 

How do I pay by a credit card or by bank account?

Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping cart, click on the "Make Payment" button in your shopping cart.

If you have not registered with us before, click on "Register"" to sign-up for a new account. If you have already registered with us before, simply sign-in using your email address and your password.

Please note that login to PayPal is NOT required when you pay with a credit card or bank account.

 

How do I pay by PayPal?

Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping cart, click on the "Make Payment" button in your shopping cart. Then, login to your PayPal account and complete your purchase.

 

How can I track my Order?

Once your order has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Your confirmation email will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order by entering the tracking number at www.usps.com. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated.

 

Sales Taxes

We are required by law to charge applicable sales tax for orders shipped to California State only.

 

Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping via USPS for domestic and international delivery. All orders are usually processed between 1-3 business days (Monday thru Friday). Please provide complete billing and shipping information to avoid a possible delay in the delivery of your package. Please note: International shipments are subject to all applicable customs costs and restrictions.

 

Domestic Shipping

Domestic orders shipped via USPS Priority mail and should arrive within 3-7 business days. Packages can be shipped Express mail for an additional charge. Express mail guaranteed overnight delivery by 12:00 noon, or end of the next business day (depending on destination). Shipping charges will be automatically calculated at the check out page for the type of shipping you choose.

International Shipping

We accept online orders from all countries for no additional fees. Shipping for orders shipped outside the United States will be provided via USPS.

International orders may be subject to Customs Duties and Other Fees which are levied once your package reaches your country. We ship your package DDU (Duties and taxes unpaid), and does not collect any duties and/or taxes, therefore, we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

 

Shipping to P.O. Box addresses

Please provide us with your telephone number when request a shipping to a P.O. Box address.

 

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow our guidelines for returns:

  • If you would like to return an item that you have purchased please contact our Customer Service department at sales@shopdcd.com
  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. Returns sent after this time will not be honored.
  • The merchandise must be in its original condition with the original tags attached. Any and all items that have been worn or washed are not eligible for return or credit.
  • We do not refund shipping charges.
  • We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing or wear.
  • Please be advised that items that do not conform to the above guidelines are not returnable. They will be returned to you at your expense.
  • No returns on jewelry items.
  • No returns on pre-order items.
  • No returns on items that were purchased during promotions, including sale codes, for 30% or more.

 

How do I make an exchange?

If you would like to exchange an item for another color or size, email us at sales@shopdcd.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request the best we can. If we have the item, we will hold it for you until your return is received. We will only accept returns for exchange if they meet all criteria for an acceptable return (see above). If you exchange an item, you will be responsible for shipping charges that apply to the reshipment of the item.

Pre-sale items can be exchanged for another item or store credit. Refunds will not be given on pre-sale items.

 

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within 3 business days of receiving the merchandise. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt - as long as it hasn't been used, worn or washed. All tags must remain attached.

Please note that if your return package is lost, we are not responsible for reimbursement or compensation for the lost merchandise. Package your return carefully, as we cannot return or exchange items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging.

 

When will my account be refunded?

Once your package has been received at Shopdcd.com, your refund will be processed in your original form of payment within 3 business days. You will be notified by email when your refund was processed.

 

Product Color Variations

Due to the custom nature of Gypsy 05's unique and one of a kind dye techniques, color shadings and moderate inconsistencies may occur. These types of variations are not considered damages
